§ 92.046 COMPOSITION OF BOARD; QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS.

The board of health shall be composed of seven members, each of whom shall be a registered voter of the city. At least one member of the board shall be a member of the Falls Community Health governing board and one member from the REMSA board. The public health director shall be a nonvoting ex officio member of the board of health.
