§ 90.058 IMPOUNDING BY PRIVATE PERSONS.
   An animal control officer shall not receive any animal into the animal shelter from any person unless the person shall leave his or her full name and place of residence, which shall be registered in a proper book kept by the animal control officer. It shall be unlawful for any person to give any false information or statement concerning the owner, keeper or harborer of any animal or concerning any animal brought into the animal control shelter or impounded therein.
