§ 90.056 REDEMPTION BY PERSON OTHER THAN OWNER.
   If the owner of any animal impounded under the provisions of this subchapter shall fail to redeem the animal, after the impoundment period, any other person may, upon complying with the provisions of this subchapter, redeem the animal from the animal shelter and be the lawful owner thereof.
