§ 39.200  REPORTING OFF DUTY.
   Any employee or officer of the city taking sick leave shall immediately report or cause to be reported his or her absence from work to the department head or officer in charge of the department prior to the beginning of the employee’s scheduled workday, and upon return to work shall immediately report the fact.
