§ 39.105 JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
   The duties and functions of each appointive officer shall be contained in a job description. The job description shall be deemed to be a part of this subchapter as if fully set forth in this section and shall be filed with Ordinance No. 27-76 in the office of the city clerk.
