A preemployment medical examination and/or alcohol and drug screening shall be administered following a conditional offer of employment to all entering employees in a particular classification of the civil service. Temporary employees shall be subject to the drug screen examination following an offer of temporary employment. The results of all examinations shall be used in accordance with regulations issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
