§ 5-1-6 DISPOSAL; ASSESSMENT OF COSTS.
   The Town Council shall, from time to time, determine and fix an amount to be assessed as administrative costs in relation to enforcement of this chapter. This cost of administration may be set as a fixed sum per removal or as a percentage of the actual cost of removal under this chapter. In addition, the costs of administration, as well as the actual costs of removal and storage, may be charged against the owner of the property which had the condition constituting a public nuisance and/or against the land or owner of the land where the same was situated.
