A. Special Account: All income generated by the surcharge, as imposed within the jurisdictional limits of the town, shall be deposited into an account to be established by the city of Rawlins.
B. Funds Credited To City Of Rawlins: All income deposited from surcharges imposed within the jurisdiction of the town shall be credited to the town by the city of Rawlins, and the proceeds shall be accounted for annually by the city of Rawlins to the town.
C. Use Of Income: All income generated by the surcharge will be used for the installation, maintenance and operation of the E-911 system, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 16-9-104. (1993 Code § 3.16.030)
