10-1-4: DWELLING CONSTRUCTION; PARKING SPACE REQUIRED:
   A.   Size Of Parking Area: No dwelling shall be constructed within the town limits unless the owner shall provide at least five hundred seventy six (576) square feet of paved parking space within the boundary lines of the area upon which such dwelling is constructed.
   B.   Plans Required: No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any dwelling unless the plans indicate the inclusion of the parking space required by this section. (1993 Code § 15.04.110)
