9-3-3: INSTALLATIONS:

A. Governing Standards: Should the requirements of this chapter not cover the specific variables of a given installation, the latest edition of the "Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications" shall govern.

B. Pipelines:

1. Installation of underground pipelines shall be per the specific manufacturer's recommendations, OSHA requirements, and in accordance with the figure in section 9-3-8 of this chapter, when open trenching is allowed.

2. All pipelines shall be bored and cased under existing paved streets, unless permission to open cut is given by the town mayor. Bore casing ends shall be plugged with grout. (1993 Code § 13.24.030)
