9-3-8: FIGURE; UNDERGROUND UTILITIES INSTALLATION:

Note: Concrete shall be 3,000 psi 28 day compressive strength. Concrete shall be sprayed with a paraffin sealer within 2 hours of the pour. Joints shall be at a minimum of 10 feet x 10 feet, knifed to 3/4 of the concrete depth and groove troweled. Pavement widths less than 10 feet shall be jointed in squares equal in length to width. Trench width less than 2 feet shall be jointed in 5 foot lengths. All concrete shall receive a broomed finish.
