8-4-3: DAMAGING PROPERTY:

Anyone destroying, defacing or damaging in any manner, trees, playground equipment, fences, signs or any other improvements within the park or on its boundaries will be subject to a citation. The penalty will be as prescribed by this chapter. (1993 Code § 12.12.030)
