(A) Insurance required; exception.
(1) No owner or operator of a motor vehicle required to be licensed shall operate or permit the operation of the vehicle without having in full force and effect an automobile liability policy as provided by Wyo. Stat. § 31-9-405 or bond in amounts provided by Wyo. Stat. § 31-9-102(a)(xi).
(2) Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(3) This section does not apply to self-insurers pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 31-9-414.
(B) Statute amendments adopted. This section shall incorporate any and all other amendments as made from time to time to the above referenced statutes by the state, and said future amendments are by this reference specifically incorporated in this section.
