7-5-3: VALID DRIVER'S OR CHAUFFEUR'S LICENSE REQUIRED:
No snowmobile shall be operated unless the driver thereof has in his possession a valid driver's or chauffeur's license issued under the motor vehicle laws of the state. (Ord. 354, 4-3-2008)
