All manufactured homes located within a “manufactured home park”, as defined herein, shall be required to meet the following minimum dimensions and setbacks:
A. Each manufactured home located within the manufactured home park shall be located in a space no less than twenty five feet (25') in width and one hundred forty feet (140') in length.
B. All manufactured homes located within the manufactured home park shall be arranged in such a manner as to reflect a uniformity or continuity of pattern.
C. Each manufactured home shall be connected to and charged for a separate and distinct water and sewer connection (water and wastewater system development charge) to the Town water and wastewater system.
D. Each manufactured home space shall have a landscaped and maintained yard and shall also have a storage shed located upon the space.
E. All manufactured homes located in a manufactured home park, whether single or double wide, shall conform to the building requirements of this Code as set forth in section 7-1-3 of this title, as amended from time to time. (Ord. 309, 1-9-2018; amd. Ord. 322, 1-12-2021)
