6-6-4: AGREEMENTS:
Nothing in this law shall prevent the town from entering into agreements with owners or developers that vary from the terms, herein, provided that nonapplicants or adjacent owners to the subject property are not assessed thereby. (Res. 55-1994, 12-15-1994)
