6-6-1: DEFINITION:
For the purposes of this chapter, subject property governed by this chapter shall include all properties located within the town boundaries which are platted but undeveloped to the extent that there are no streets, alleys, sidewalks, and curbs, or water or sewer connections to the property. (Res. 55-1994, 12-15-1994)
