§ 152.17  PERMIT FEE.
   Before issuing any grading permit, the Building Inspector shall collect a fee, the amount of which shall be $100 plus $10 for each 1,000 cubic yards or fraction thereof, plus engineer plan review fees as occurred plus a 1% administrative fee.
