§ 152.07 WAIVING REQUIREMENTS.

The Building Inspector may waive all requirements of this chapter for plans and specifications, if the information in the application for any particular excavating, filling, or grading permit is sufficient to indicate that the proposed excavating, filling, or grading will meet all other requirements of this chapter.
