(A) All buildings and structures, all parts thereof, and all building service equipment shall be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition. All means of egress, devices, safeguards, and equipment required by this chapter shall be kept in good working order.
(B) All new gas service lines and all gas service lines that are replaced shall have a shut-off valve at the property or curb line.
