§ 95.15  REMOVAL OF DEBRIS FROM SIDEWALK; FAILURE TO REMOVE AFTER NOTICE.
   (A)   Whenever any debris, stone, mud, or other material is deposited on the sidewalk or street by reason of any slide, collapse, washing away or crumbling of the owner's land or structure, or by any other manner, the owner shall remove the debris, stone, mud, or other material within 24 hours after receipt of written notice from the head of the Service Department.
   (B)   If within 72 hours after the mailing of the notice required by division (A) above, the owner fails to remove the debris, stone, mud, or other materials from the sidewalks or streets, the head of the Service Department shall be authorized to remove the same.  The owner of the premises shall be liable to the city for the expense thereof. However, in case of emergency, no notice shall be required.
