§ 91.07 TEMPORARY WATER USE RESTRICTION DURING EMERGENCY.

(A) During any water emergency declared by the Cincinnati Water Works, persons within the city shall be restricted as directed during such emergency from using water for lawn sprinkling, car washing or other nonessential purposes as prescribed by the city.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
