(A) All administrative fees to be charged in accordance with this chapter are set forth below.
(B) Properties at which two or more violations of this chapter have occurred within a 12 month period, which are abated, shall be charged an administrative fee to recover the costs that the village incurs for the repeated corrections of such violations. This fee shall only be charged when a second violation occurs and for all other violations thereafter. In the event this fee is not paid within 14 days of the mailing on the notice, then the cost thereof shall be reported to the Clerk, who shall certify it to the County Auditor, to be placed upon the tax duplicate and collected and paid back to the city.
(C) In addition, the administrative fee, with the approval of Council, shall be subject to change.
(D) Administrative fee for property code violations. The following schedule gives the administrative charges to be added to the total cost of property liens. It is based upon the type of violation and its occurrence within a 12 month period. Administrative charges will be added each time a violation occurs two or more times within 12 months in which the village must abate, remove, or correct the violation including but not limited to repairs.
