Snowmobiles and All Purpose Vehicles

375.01    Operation prohibited.

375.02   Confiscation.

375.01 OPERATION PROHIBITED.

   (a)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, mini-bike, trail bike or other nonlicensed self-propelled vehicle within the confines of the Village. Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of creating a nuisance due to the volume of noise and noxious fumes and danger to residents of the Village created by such use.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).

375.02 CONFISCATION.

   Any police officer of the Village is authorized to confiscate any vehicle operated in violation of Section 375.01 and to retain the vehicle until final disposition of the charged offense.
