1325.11 ENGINEER APPROVAL IN FLOOD PLAIN AREA.

In all areas described in subsections (a) and (b) of Section 1325.09, all plans for construction shall be approved by a registered civil or structural engineer or registered architect prior to the submission of such plans to the Village for a building permit.
