(a) Animated Signs. No flashing, moving, or animated signs shall be erected in the Municipality. Neither shall signs displaying electronically changeable copy be permitted.
(b) Internally Illuminated Sign Panels. Internally illuminated signs, including exposed neon tubing shall not be erected or displayed within the Municipality.
(c) Roof Signs. No roof sign shall be erected in the Municipality.
(d) Marquee Signs. No marquee sign shall be erected within the Municipality.
(e) Billboards. No billboard shall be erected in the Municipality.
(f) Portable Signs. No portable sign shall be displayed in the Municipality except real estate for sale and open house signs, garage sales and auction signs, public service announcement signs and political signs in accordance with the following restrictions.
(g) Secondary Use Signs. No signs shall be permitted in any district for any secondary use.
(i) General. No sign shall be permitted unless specifically permitted in these regulations. (Ord. 64-2001. Passed 7-16-01.)
