933.14 NON-SEWERED WATER SERVICE.
   (a)   Owners may install a separate meter to measure non-sewered water service. Such water service must serve outside sprinkling systems or outside water spigots only. All meters that measure non-sewered water shall be installed at the owner’s expense and with an Ohio EPA-approved backflow prevention device and in accordance with requirements set forth by the Director of Public Service. Locations with non-sewered water service shall meet all requirements of Chapter 924 and Section 933.04.
 
   (b)   All owners, contractors or subcontractors or any person acting on his behalf shall, before the commencement of any work, meet the requirements set forth in Chapter 1313.
