EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 5-1994, passed January 17, 1994, the Village has adopted the procedures and standards for the regulation of cable television rates pursuant to the rules of the FCC. In Ordinance 9-1994, passed February 7, 1994, the Village adopted the Customer Service Standards established by the FCC in its implementation of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992.
