   707.01 FRANCHISE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in or operate a community antenna television system in the Village without first obtaining a franchise from the Village by an ordinance duly passed by Council. (Ord. 47-1965. Passed 12-6-65.)
