(A) Fees. Mortgagees shall pay any required fees until the foreclosure is dismissed or until the property is transferred to a third party. The fees for the various requirements under this chapter are as follows.

(B) Reimbursement exception. If the property is transferred or rented to a third-party, which does not include a subsidiary corporation or other legal entity of said third-party, within six months of the conclusion of the foreclosure action, said initial registration fee shall be reimbursed.
