§ 111.35 PURCHASE OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PERSONS UNDER LAWFUL AGE; AIDING OR ABETTING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase, receive, obtain, or attempt to purchase, receive, or obtain, for himself, herself, or others, alcoholic beverages through the use of or by means of misstatement of his or her age, either orally or by exhibiting incorrect, false, fraudulent, altered, or counterfeited identification cards, driver’s licenses, or other documents.
   (B)   Any person who aids, counsels, abets, or assists another in the commission of the offense denounced in division (A) above shall be deemed an offender and subject to the penalties as hereinafter provided.
