In addition to the penalties noted in § 110.33, any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be considered guilty of a Class B misdemeanor under Kentucky Revised Statutes and be subject to a fine of $250 and incarceration in jail up to 90 days. Each and every day that such violation or noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
