5.06.070   Sidewalk vending in parks.
   A.   Sidewalk vending of food or merchandise by stationary vendors shall be prohibited in any city park with a concession stand operated by a vendor under exclusive contract with the city selling food or merchandise.
   B.   Subject to § 5.06.070(A), sidewalk vendors may operate in city parks provided they meet all of the requirements in § 5.06.050.
   C.   Sidewalk vendors shall cease operations one hour prior to the close of the park. (Ord. 2023-11-1545 § 3 (part), 2023)
