20.39.110   Storage.
   A.   Trash Storage Area. A trash storage area shall be provided with bins or dumpsters of sufficient size and number to ensure containment of all solid waste materials generated by the use of the site and of sufficient number to promote the city's recycling program.
   B.   Trash Bins. Trash storage bins shall be kept on-site in a location accessible for routine pick-up and not located or stored in a required yard or driveway.
