MUNICIPAL ELECTION

   General municipal elections of the city shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of even-numbered years commencing November 3, 2020.

1.14.020   Terms of elected officers.
   All elected offices (including city council, city clerk, and city treasurer) filled by general municipal election shall be for a term of four years. The term of each member of the city council, the city clerk and city treasurer shall commence upon the installation of that member, which shall occur no more than twenty-one days after the date of the council meeting when certification occurs of the related general municipal election.
