§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (C)   Any person who violates the prohibitions of § 94.07 shall be guilty of a civil traffic offense.
   (D)   (1)   With the exception of §§ 94.02, 94.03, and 94.07 any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
      (2)   Repeated offenses may incur additional penalties of imprisonment, and/or both a fine and imprisonment as determined by the court.
