§ 94.07 MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful:
      (1)   To operate a motor vehicle except on roads and parking areas designated for such purposes, except as required to maintain a park, or as exempted by the Director in support of a scheduled public or community event.
      (2)   To operate motor vehicles, motorcycles or motorbikes and scooters, cross- country or on trails, or primitive unsurfaced roadways that have been posted, signed or blocked in any manner to prohibit vehicle use.
      (3)   To operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than posted, or to fail to obey traffic control signs.
      (4)   To park a motor vehicle anywhere but on paved, marked surfaces, where such parking is provided, or to park overnight.
   (B)   In all cases, a motor vehicle shall be operated in compliance with the Arizona Motor Vehicle Code, as provided under A.R.S., Title 28, while within the boundaries of any park or recreation area.
