§ 72.01 OPERATING ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be a violation for any individual to operate any powered vehicle upon public property not a public way or upon the vacant private property of another without being in possession of the written permission of the person entitled to lawful possession of the property.
   (B)   A POWERED VEHICLE shall be construed to include all types of motor vehicles, motorcycles, fuel powered and self-propelled model vehicles of any nature or design.
