§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   Any violation of or failure or refusal to do or perform any act required by this chapter constitutes a civil traffic violation. Civil traffic violations are subject to the provisions of A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 6, Articles 20 and 21 and amendments thereto.
