925.99   PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 925.11 is guilty of criminal damaging, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 925.17 relating to possession of a controlled substance is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Otherwise, whoever violates Section 925.17 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 925.18(e) is guilty of disorderly conduct, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), except that if the offender persists in disorderly conduct after a reasonable warning or request to desist, such offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
