No person in any City park or beauty area shall:
(a) Hit golf balls.
(b) Play athletic games, including football, baseball, basketball or soccer, except in areas designated for such games.
(c) Roller skate or use skateboards, except in those areas specifically designed for such pastimes.
(d) Enter an area posted as "closed to motor vehicles."
(e) Engage in threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to breach the public peace as provided in Section 509.03 of the General Offenses Code.
(f) Fail to produce or exhibit any permit a patron claims to have, upon request of any law enforcement officer, including Park Rangers, who shall desire to inspect the same for the purpose of enforcing compliance with any ordinance or rule.
(g) Disturb or interfere unreasonably with any person or party occupying any area or participating in any activity under the authority of a permit.
