All sanitary sewer and water main plans and construction shall be inspected by the Utilities and Public Works Department. A one year 100% performance bond or other security approved by the City shall be required prior to beginning construction. Upon completion of construction of the sanitary sewer or water main, a one year 10% maintenance bond or other security approved by the City is required prior to the City releasing the 100% performance bond.
