(a) All gravity sanitary sewer and water main construction costs shall be borne by the developer or property owner. Each individual sanitary lateral or water service connection cost shall be the responsibility of the party connecting into the gravity sanitary sewer or water main.
(b) If the gravity sanitary sewer or water main needs to be enlarged for future capacity as determined by the City, the City shall reimburse the developer for the cost of over-sizing. All reimbursements shall be subject to the approval of the Utilities Department and Chapters 911 and 913 of the Codified Ordinances of the City.
(d) Property owners and developers shall be required to complete all requests on sewer and water connections by the City due to health reasons. If the connections are not made by an agreed upon schedule, the City may complete the work and assess the party on such project costs.
(e) The City shall be entitled to reimbursement for the City's cost of installing any gravity sanitary sewer or water main.
