(a) Sewer rental charges shall be billed quarterly, except for customers participating in the monthly payment program pursuant to Section 915.05(b).
(b) Each bill is due within 30 days from the date of its mailing. The due date will be printed on the bill.
(c) If any sewer charge billed by the City is not paid in full by the due date, a late payment penalty, in the amount of 5% of the unpaid amount shall be added to the total owed by the customer.
(d) Service shall be discontinued if the bill remains unpaid ten days after its due date.
