Immediately upon the issuance of a parade, public assembly or special event permit, the City Manager shall send a copy thereof to the following:
(a) Law Director;
(b) The Fire Chief;
(c) The Director of Public Works/Assistant City Manager;
(d) The Police Chief;
(e) Street Manager;
(f) Parks and Recreation Director;
(g) Finance Officer.
