(a) No bus or commercial vehicle over twenty feet long or commercial tractor (as defined by Ohio R.C. 4501.01(D) and Section 341.01(e) of this Traffic Code) shall be parked on any public street in a residential area at any time for longer than two hours, except in an emergency or for loading or unloading merchandise.
(c) No trailer, as defined in subsection (b) hereof, shall be parked on any private property in a residential zoning district. This subsection shall not apply to any "recreational vehicle," as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(Q), to any boat trailer or to any other trailer that is less than twenty feet in length, the primary purpose of which is to transport recreational-related machinery or equipment, such as, but not limited to, snowmobiles, motorcycles, jet skis, etc.
(d) No truck, commercial vehicle or commercial tractor (as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(D) and Section 341.01(e) of the Traffic Code), parked on a public street or on private property in a residential area, shall run or idle its motor for more than ten minutes during any two-hour period.
