115.04 CHECK SIGNING AUTHORIZATION.

(a) Any and all checks of the City may be signed by any one of the following persons holding the following offices: City Manager, Finance Director, Finance Officer, Mayor, Director of Community Services or City Engineer.

(b) Any check which is made payable for more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be signed by any two of the above named persons.
