The tourism business improvement district assessments collected by a hotel in any month are to be paid to the city on the date set by the board of trustees, or if such day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then on the next business day. Tourism business improvement district assessment payments sent by mail or private courier must be received by the city on or before the date set by the board of trustees. (Ord. 597, - -2023)
