2-8-1: PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:

It shall be the purpose and function of the Parking Commission of the city of Sidney to formulate and propose rules and regulations to govern parking of all vehicles in the city of Sidney; and to formulate and propose plans for the acquisition and utilization of parking areas for the city of Sidney.
