11-19-2: APPLICABILITY:

The standards of this chapter shall apply to the erection, construction, relocation, installation or alteration of any outdoor advertising sign, structure, markings, symbol or other advertising device unless exempted in section 11-19-3, "Exemptions", of this chapter. (Ord. 567, 3-20-2017)
